This secure portal allows declarants to submit their assets and liabilities declarations in a simple, reliable, and efficient manner.

Before initiating the declaration registration process, please ensure that you have the following:

  • A working phone number – required to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
  • A valid National Identification Number (NIC) or Passport – a passport is required if you are a foreign national.
  • A valid and accessible email address – required for communication and confirmation purposes.

These details are necessary to successfully complete the registration process.

Please keep the following important information in mind while completing your declaration:

  • Use a laptop or desktop computer – The system may not function optimally on mobile phones.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection – Continuous internet access is required throughout the process.
  • Save and continue later – You may save the form and continue at a later time; however, the declaration must be fully completed and submitted before the deadline.
  • Pay attention to the declaration period – Ensure that the information provided reflects the relevant period as at the date of declaration. Please refer to the Attention Notice window displayed after registration for further guidance.
  • Guidance is available – Explanations on what information should be included in the form are available under “What shall I declare?” within the system.
  • No notary attestation is required for the declaration.
  • No electronic signature (e-signature) is required.
  • An Oath and Affirmation must be completed and submitted at the end of the declaration process.
